In terms of intermediation on the secondary market, the team is an outstanding reference among the national operators, ensuring a full coverage of investors and offering a wide range of products.

Syndication of issues in debt capital markets

Issues from domestic and/or international issuers that turn to the capital market as a financing alternative;
Issues from the Portuguese Republic; CaixaBI is the primary dealer of Portuguese public debt;
Private Issues in the domestic and/or international market, essentially from Portuguese issuers;
Syndicated Club Deal Issues with domestic and/or international banks.

Distribution / intermediation

With a long presence and track record in the debt capital market, CaixaBI guarantees the secondary market flow thanks to an extensive and diversified base of both domestic and international institutional investors;
In addition to being one of the national leaders in Commercial Paper Programmes, CaixaBI is also responsible for distributing and placing the corresponding issues within its network of institutional customers.
