The Structured Finance area provides financing consultancy, structuring and setting-up services, according to a dynamic strategy whose main goal is to create value for its Customers.

According to the Costumer's specific needs and the goal of the transaction, the Structured Finance area seeks to develop differentiated strategies and innovative solutions, suitable for each operation.

Its activity is focused on advising and setting up structured credit operations in the corporate risk area and on cooperating with the CGD network to support Companies (namely SMEs).

Its intervention ranges from the origination of operations to the structuring and setting up of loans and their subsequent monitoring. The Structured Finance area is also responsible for managing CaixaBI's corporate credit portfolio.
